Introduction
The MyGlue Help Center allows your IT service provider to easily share useful documentation with you. Make the Help Center your go-to space for looking up helpful SOPs and other general IT-related information that they have published. By having this documentation in one convenient place, you can find the answers you need to your IT questions right away.
Instructions
- In the top menu bar of any screen in MyGlue, click the Help Center button.
- In the Help Center main page, you will find a list of all shared documents in alphabetical order. If desired, you can sort this view by clicking the up and down arrows beside the Name column heading.
- Use the filter/search bar at the top of the page to narrow down your search results.
- Click to open a read-only version of the Help Center documents.
